A: Our delivery period for any items except FRAMES on the orders stands at 2-4 working days, and for FRAMES, it’s 7-10 working days. International shipping for the items can vary between 7-14 working days.
Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: Our products are shipped from Dhaka, Bangladesh; from our retail HQ in Banasree, Dhaka-1217.
In some instances, we may have a method of “drop-shipping” implemented where the order is processed by us but fulfilled by our third party associates such as Wafilife, Rokomari and some retail shops in Chittagong and Sylhet.
Other than these places you can find our products at Unimart Gulshan-1, Gulshan-2, Airport, Dhanmondi, Wari, Shatarkul, Sylhet branch.
