An automatic email confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed, please allow approximately 2-3 working days for order processing. A further email confirmation will be sent once your order has been despatched, delivery will normally take a further 3 working days.
Free standard delivery is available to all UK orders over £90. The standard delivery charge starts from £3.00 per order. Please allow three working days for your delivery to arrive after receiving your order despatch confirmation email before contacting us. If your parcel does not fit through the letterbox or you are not around for delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to pick up your parcel or arrange redelivery.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of The Sunnah Store and, therefore cannot be guaranteed within the timescales indicated above. However, please be assured this is very rare.
